Your website was very easy to use and my tile samples turned up the next day. The quality and colour of tile was very pleasing.

Very prompt delivery of lovely sample tiles

The tile samples are so small you can’t get a sense of the overall colours or pattern. They also arrived weeks late with no apology.

Ordered 2 full size sample tiles 25/10 that I needed urgently. Called the day I ordered them to as if they could be sent out. After nearly 2 weeks they hadn’t arrived but I got a card from Royal Mail about a parcel that required payment on Sat 5/11 and to obtain them I had to drive to the Royal Mail depot and pay a £3.50 fee. Not impressed at all. Also the tile I really wanted that I got a sample of is out of stock so after 2 weeks I have to start all over again with a new scheme. Tile still showing as in stock on website! Debbie I spoke to yesterday about other tiles was fantastic though and should be commended for her great service.

I would give no stars if I could. Samples never received and been asked twice to review. So here it is. Couldn’t be any worse

Excellent customer service and beautiful tiles - only criticism is that the delivery cost is so expensive! Bought tiles worth £150 and paid £75 for delivery on top!
