They sent me the Wrong item

twice i ordered items from the website which said they were in stock, then get an email telling me they don't have it, pretty useless

The phone I ordered shipped with a broken charging port and I think all devices should be cheked before shipping

Good price for what I got, but I’m still waiting on my package nearly 2 weeks after ordering (3rd of January) cos the postal service said they didn’t receive the package from them upon pickup until a week after I ordered despite CeX saying they had dispatched it 1 day after I ordered (4th of January)

Bought an internal ssd for my ps5, it arrived really really quickly(ordered 21st arrived 23rd). It’s been installed now for about two weeks and seems to be working perfectly.

Console was filthy, not even dist wiped off. Cables were off a sky box and the power was covered in adhesive. No cable with controller. One game will not function as scratched. Took ages to come. Very disappointed overall.

I was sent the wrong game but they got back to me very quickly and I received a full refund within a week or so
