Customer service email is rude

Had a couple issues with various different items, these were all sorted in store by the lovely staff. However, their customer service is hard to get through to, takes days to reply, and can be quite rude. Would be much better if they had a way to phone customer service instead of waiting 2-3 days for a reply, for them to reply with the same answer as before, or reply quite snarky. Fine to deal with when there isn't an issue, but ive unfortunately been sold a stolen laptop twice and a phone that had hardware issues where bluetooth + wifi did not work. These issues were sorted quickly when I went into a shop. *to note, I had a kindle ordered and it came and they sent the completely wrong one. I ordered a paperwhite for 140, they sent me a regular kindle (which is 109 new). Has the sticker on the box that its a kindle paperwhite 12th generation, yet the box literally says kindle 11th. No idea how this was possible. Kindle inside also says what type it is.

Postage high for a DVD in a padded bag with no way to combine postage.

Postage a little high for a DVD in a jiffy bag. Otherwise in good condition and arrived within expected timeframe. No ability to combine postage so this limited me to a single item purchase of the item required. I was interested in 4 other DVD's but the addition of multiple €3.50's prevented me from the addition optional impulse purchases and I stuck to the one item that was absolutely required. I would buy more from them if they sorted the shipping rates out. All items were available in the same store so the answer given previously that they "might" have to come from different stores doesn't wash! €17,50 postage for 5 DVDs from the same store is simply extortionate and unacceptable. I wanted the items that were available from the same store delivered and that is the basis of this review. Any mention of click and collect is distraction from the issue. Fix the combined postage issue and be fair to the customers.

I paid for the 3 disc Blu Ray Inception set. I got 2 Blu Ray discs and the movie on DVD. Not a major problem, but CEX's solution was for me, at my own expense to return the discs to my local store or post them back. Not simply refund me the difference, or send me the Blu Ray disc that should have come in the first place. I have to get the whole set (for which I've waited a week anyway) back to them, and pay for it so they may (if they can find it I presume) send me the correct disc, or, at that time, refund me my initial purchase price. So I still have no disc at that point and am out of pocket for sending if back or travelling to my "local" store (30 miles away). EDIT: CEX replied to the email after a week when I posted this review. They claim I purchased the wrong set. They say I should have purchased the 4K version even though I don't have a 4K player or TV. The set has PC content on one disc and the movie on a second whilst extras are on a third. It is in a Blu Ray box and on their site under "Blu-Ray movies". As I wanted the movie on BluRay not DVD nor in ultra HD 4k I purchased something described as a Blu Ray movie. And they didn't answer the question I posed a week later either, just requesting the difference in price between the BluRay and DVD of €2. Not a lot, simply a point of principle. I asked this last week. They have clearly sent the wrong disc. My review of 1 star is incorrect. It should be zero stars.
