I ordered a limited edition starfeild Xbox remote for my fiancée for his birthday in Dec. It worked for an hour and then wouldn't work. As it was 3 weeks to Xmas and limited availability I emailed cex to see what could be done and they best advised me to return it to my nearest shop to have it checked out. The guys couldn't have been nicer. The remote was faulty and they issued me a refund straight away. As it was a limited edition I wanted to see if I could get a replacement and they told me quickest way was to reorder it on their website as there were only 3 left in Ireland. So I did just that as I was leaving. I reordered the remote and got it the next day it was perfect! Shout out to the CEX in the Crescent they are brill! My fiancée was delighted.

Item supplied was deficient and did not conform with the description. Although the problem was raised with the company, a satisfactory resolution was not offered. The only resolution offered was a refund which did not meet the situation since the item was bought as a Christmas present and not effort was made to meet this situation. I would not deal with this company ever again.
