Having seen how you recently dealt with an autistic person over a dvd,the tills being closed and authorities. You could have just took the £2 and put it through the till another day. Instead you had police pick her up and remove her like an animal. DISGRACEFULLY dealt with by all staff involved.

In fairness to Cex after cancelling an order on the 22nd December due to unavailability, I contacted them, re ordered another Xbox as a Christmas present and they sent it out immediately, received in time for Xmas.

I bought 4 phones and 1 came broken I cannot exchanged because I removed the tags but is totally ridiculous that they sell broken phones never again
