I ordered something, and in the middle of my shipping they canceled it and now I can’t re order it because they said they no longer have it. But after they gave me 50% off so at least I can get something else, but still have to reorder again.

The color was different than pictured. Not too bad but definitely not what I was expecting.

Terrible experience. Didn’t wear, or wash the shirt. Took the tag off thinking I was going to wear it but it was too big. Took the shirt off and took it to get a return and forgot the tag. The girl said I needed the tag and could go get it and come back. I brought it back a few days later and the same girl tells me she now can’t return it because the tag is no longer attached. Worse experience and customer service ever. Will never shop there again and now I’m out $40. Terrible.

Hope ave is by far one of my favorite stores. I always shop at the Farmington station location because of their great customer service and variety. They have something for everyone there, as far as styles, colors, and fit.

Always have an amazing experience here. I love the variety of clothes, the atmosphere, and the great service they provide. My mom, my younger sister and I can always find something we like.
