Package came very quickly. I purchased one item from the clearance section knowing it was final sale to find a few holes in the armpit seam. I understand it was on clearance but it would have been nice to know it was damaged before purchasing. Otherwise had a great experience with this store. Clothes were very cute.

I ordered this on July 18 and paid extra for shipping, 3-5 days ground. I did not get a notification of shipping until July 23. I specifically said to have it shipped to my apartment in Provo, Utah. While tracking shipping, I noticed it was traveling to Chandler, AZ which is my billing address. Of course when it went to be delivered the address was incorrect so it was sent back to the store in Utah and I have still not received it after 2 weeks.

The item I purchased online did not fit well, but I was pleased to find there was a Hope Ave Boutique store not far from me. The sales rep there was very polite and helpful and took my return in exchange for some other in-store items.

The fact the store did not have the right size did not stop the staff from checking online and lo and behold shipping was absolutely free! And it came super quick. I'm very happy..
