Loved the pants!!

Beautiful clothing, quick delivery!!

I have received two items that appear to have been worn (stained) and the other has embroidery that is fraying. I promptly decided to return them and as I went to print out the return form it says that sale items are not returnable. This was not stated anywhere until you physically print out the return label. It seems deceptive to keep such crucial information secret until it is to late. So I wrote two emails, both returned saying their email was full. I called too times, once left a message and no one has ever returned my call. Now it seems I am stuck with two items that are used, dirty and falling apart. I will not be buying from this company again.

Love this shop and love that their clothes are a little more unique than those that you find at all the other average boutiques. The only thing I think is a little silly is their exchange policy. You can only get a full refund when you order online if you send it back to the warehouse. Still love this place though!

Orders were torn when I received them and I have emailed a few times to get a new shirt but have not gotten an email back from customer service. I would not order from here again .

Love the jumpsuit we got was just disappointed in how long it took to get the shipping process started. Most places I order from ship out within two days -- it took over seven days.

Discovered Hope Ave on Instagram and feel the quality and prices are standouts.

I love the clothes and everyone is also friendly in the store. The website is laid out in a very visually pleasing way. It's just a great boutique. Quickly becoming a favorite.
