Great quality clothing for a good price!

I didn’t receive half of the things in my Order. And I had to call to get a refund. Also I learned that you have to send an email to Downeast to ask to return something which was inconvenient. Most stores usually send a sales slip with the package. But I guess Downeast doesn’t?

The clothes came in a timely manner and I love both pieces that I got!

It took almost 2 weeks for it to just be shipped.

I was honestly a little nervous to order something from somewhere I didn’t know much about. Turns out it was worth it! The quality of the dress I ordered was worth the price, it shipped quickly and arrived even faster (for free at that)! The sizing was true to the recommendation on the sizing chart and I can’t wait to wear the dress for the event I purchased it for and more after that!

I thought their item were of decent price but when I got the item, material was very thin, see through and cheap.

I love our local HopeAve Boutique store. The manager and all the employees are very helpful and make it fun to shop there. I also ordered online. Everything was fine, but it took several days for the order to be filled after it was placed. All in all, a great place!
