Home from Home was fantastic! Sandra was very helpful in helping me find a flat in London. I stayed at Elbe St, and it was great. Just what I needed for an excellent visit to London. I hope to come back and stay again!

The Britannia Road apartment was perfectly suited to our needs. Clean, well maintained, well equipped ( even a washer/dryer ), great looking neighborhood and close to public transportation. But the best amenity is not listed in the description - the management. We’ve rented holiday apartments in a number of countries over a long period of time. Home from Home provides the best management we’ve ever enjoyed.

Home from Home were excellent. Sandra was responsive and helpful especially when we encountered problems with our flat. The flat was in an excellent location but there were some challenges with the flat itself which were attended to very quickly and professionally.

We have stayed with Home from Home properties on two occasions in London. Both locations were great - nice, quiet neighbourhoods and close to transit links. The apartments were comfortable and provided all the necessary supplies and equipment. We always appreciate the reasonably priced and convenient taxi service to and from the airport as well. We will most definitely book with them again.

We have used Home From Home twice during trips to London and both times received outstanding service from their office. They were quick to respond to questions regarding our different choices of places to stay and also arranged for pickup from Heathrow for us. During our stays, whenever an issue came up they were there to respond to it. It was a pleasure dealing with their customer service than with one of the big “giants“ of Airbnb or VRBO who had horrible customer service. Will definitely use them again on a return visit to the UK.

I have rented from HFH twice in London and both times I found them helpful, friendly and competent. The flats were as described , were clean and well kept and the pickup at the airport was a plus. I travel to London regularly and plan to us them always.

I have rented my away home for my vacation from Home from Home at least 10 years every November/December. I truly recommend their business. The houses are very comfortable and always have all you need.The staff assist you at any time and anything you need. Sandra is very careful about everything.
