The fact that this company SKIPS PAYMENTS (without notifying the customer) if you pay more than your monthly amount is downright devious considering all it does it allow them to take more money from you by ensuring you end up owing them interest. The app is rudimentary to the point of frustration, but I was stuck with it because there was no option to talk to a human being. Frankly, using this service was a worse experience than rushing my dog to critical care and getting a big expensive bill at the end. I owed these people even more money thanks to their shady practices. This service should be an absolute last resort and I hope to never need it again.
