Using scratchpay was very easy and convenient, the clinic was notified right away and the payment process was easy!

I have used Scratch Pay and Care Credit. I highly recommend Scratch Pay. They actually apply the correct amount when you make a payment. They authorize more than one loan at a time which helps since I have two dogs.

The approval was fast and it was easy to find the clinic in the Scratchpay suggestions. They gav eme the amount i requested almost instantly. Also, the customer service is great. I told them i needed an extension to pay off my remaining last balance and they gave it to me! Very helpful!

When you go to make a payment they charge you a $2.50 fee to do it when you are on a promo that if you pay off in 6 months there r no interest charges. When you try to pay by ACH it sends you to an outside vendor to process. Not comfortable sending my financial information to another company. Care credit is much better and easier to use.

It definitely was useful. I didn't have the money to use for the cats treatment. This saved my wife's cat which definitely helped with the home life.
