The older version of Scratchpay was not user friendly and had to contact customer service to refund the error in paying the loan off second month in and they were great. Needs a real website with account. Use of SMS verification is highly insecure, and I could not access this account while abroad in Poland. Also, the Scratch team leaked another account's information to me when I asked for a bill. They could not produce an actual account statement for me, Rather they just sent me an email with the wrong account information for another person entirely. Do not use this service. If you need financing for this sort of thing, go through a real bank, get a personal loan instead.
