Make sure you understand the residual interest - you pay interest on the entire amount regardless of how much you have paid off prior to the 6 mo promotion period. I ended up financing $600 and paying several hundred dollars because I was still beholding to the interest on $2,500 i paid off during first month of promotion period. I would recommend either financing the entire 12 mos or paying entire balance off during promotion period - if you pay large amounts, but still have a smaller balance, you still pay the entire portion of interest. Other than the shock, the customer service and convenience is wonderful.

Horrible they denied my loan super quick they don’t care you are warned they should allow everyone loans they need for there dogs surgery but nope horrible company

This has been a life saver for my pets. I can actually get help for them then make monthly payments. It makes it so much easier! I don’t have a large lump sum to pay the vet at one time but making monthly payments to Scratchpay makes it so I can handle it! Try it, you’ll love it!

Interest free if paid off in less than 6months really made things nicer! it was a super fast process and very easy to get accepted at the veterinarians office. Very grateful and feel so fortunate for this part of the experience.
