Very easy process to get qualified, payment amount is very reasonable. They had already contacted vet hospital and paid the requested amount. I ended up not needing as much as requested and they immediately readjusted balance and payment amount. Very professional very easy. Will utilize them again. Would highly recommend them as a option to pay vet fees

I have 3 loans out with ScratchPay. I am paying off 2 today. I'm thankful this company exist for I would have lost my pets without their help. It was worth it to me. If you ever have any issues with the app or having trouble paying, call the customer service. They give you a count down of how many people are in front of you (usually 2-5 when I called). You speak to a human! Its awesome. They are always pleasant and try to help.
