We didn't have $3500 to pay for our dog Joe's TPLO. It was awful seeing him in pain. very easy to use when i needed it. poor website design, page should refresh itself after adding payment method. i sat on hold for a long time because the pay now button didn't refresh. interest rate seems predatory, if it was negotiable after the fact would be less predatory.
