Products are lovely. I struggled with the website. Trying to order a frame with the photo uploaded took time and patience. Having done this, the confirmation email did not show the product with the photo uploaded, so I have no idea if my attempts to have the photo included worked. This was a gift so I haven’t seen the final result. When checking out, the company use a system for payment and delivery that is less user friendly than many other companies.

It was bought as a gift for a golden wedding anniversary and it certainly fits the bill much better than anything we could have bought locally. Very elegant but solidly built.
