Like the price, but I’ll see if I ever need to make a claim, never had to with past insurances, so we’ll see.

The insurance is great, just took a few go times to get the right property and dollars..our agent seemed overwhelmed.

I was happy to have People's Trust as a replacement from my last insurance. People Trust insurance has proven to reasonable, reliable and convenient for all types of home, regardless of the age of the structure/roofing, which always poses a headache for home owners especially when a mortgage is included.

I have never had an issue with them. The customer service is excellent.

I had water damage due to to cast iron cracks. They said I didn't have any coverage. I reviewed my policy & they had changed several items making my policy higher in price . Worst insurance ever. I will be canceling & searching for a better company

Other than paying premiums I have had no contact with PTI. I guess that good so I gave them an excellent.
