Rates were changed several months into policy despite facts and house information had not changed

I was switched over to Peoples when my original insurance was either closed or decided to no longer service the state of Fla. My monthly house payments immediately went up over $100 month. Don't think I am getting a very good deal. I will be shopping as soon as I get a chance to do so.

When I give a excellent rating it means the following, 1- customer care personnel question ask, no problems no running around. 2- price for the service, should be a 10 compared to big company. 3- Very friendly, and family oriented Personnel 4- is good feeling to have a company that makes you feel part of them. And veteran discount to top it off.
