I have ordered a lot of things from Villager Jim and always been pleased. This time, ordering 2 festive personalised bamboo plates as gifts, one of the engravings is terrible. I have been told it is due to 'the grain in the wood'. No offer of help or a replacement. So 2 gifts that were meant for young children are both useless as I can't give one without the other.

I recently purchased a fox terrier and bee throw. Whilst it’s lovely and warm I am disappointed with the quality of the fabric as it immediately started to pill. 😞
