I have been stuck overseas since COVID struck so my prior travel insurance expired. I used Safety Wing for a month or two but wasn't happy with their offering. Within two weeks I had some really strange health symptoms arise that were quite scary. I filed a claim and just received a payout within days. So grateful. Amazing service.

I booked a policy with True Traveller for travel to South America in April 2020. Unfortunately Covid happened. I postponed the policy twice with minimum fuss, and when it couldn't be postponed any further they refunded my purchase with relatively little quibble. When Covid goes away I will book with them again and unreservedly recommend others do so too.

Making the medical claim was very simple and quick. I think it couldn't be easier. All claims were quickly processed. Most highly recommended.
