I was really despairing about finding travel insurance once on the road. Our initial plan was to be just away for about 3 months and the travel insurance we got from our bank was sufficient. However, since our daughter was going to be away for university, we decided why not spend a few more months away, exploring and catching new experiences...but our insurance from our bank was not extensible and as we were Brits, getting insurance from any one other provider was just not to be! Userfriendly website and after all they always had the best value for money. I've claimed just ones yet and only oroblem so far is that you have to call them and number is British so not so convenient and little bit pricy when you are travelling.

Great service and no nonsense insurance. Never had to make a claim but my son has and they handled it very efficiently. Shame we will have to change provider when we reach 65!

Excellent! Haven't travelled yet however the customer service so far has been excellent. I booked my insurance online and when printing the certificate I noticed my details were incorrect and the page had obviously encountered an error. Obviously very frustrating and stressful! This happened on a weekend when the phone lines are closed, so I did as instructed and sent an email across to the customer service line. They responded within a couple of hours with my correct details on the certificate!
