I am very satisfied with service the True Traveller provided. I had an emergency medical treatment (tooth extraction) and they claimed all the payment back to my account. All the process was very smooth. I definitely recommend this insurance company to anyone living temporarily abroad.

I had bought the insurance ( the Traveller, the one with medium coverage) on February for my 6-month-journey in Canada. I went to a couple of visits in a walk-in clinic during this period and I have been refunded by the insurance agency. I extended the insurance for over than 2 months and unfortunately I had to see a specialist and buy some prescribed medicaments. This time I was requested to ask my GP to fill out another form but it turned out to be the wrong one. So they forwarded me another form to be filled out from my GP as well. Just to sum it up there has been a bit of confusion about the correct form and consequently some extra mail to give them all the info they needed. Eventually I have been completely refunded. So overall my experience has been positive, I would in full conscious suggest buying this insurance and for sure I will lean to this agency again for my future trip, as soon as it will be safe to travel.

Great experience,very good contact with Client Support and short response time. I bought Traveller plus policy for half year trip to South America that started in 11.2019. I needed to use cover once for visit at clinic and additional medical check up. Refund process was very smooth, fast with simplified formalities. Additionally, due to covid my flights back home were cancelled and I had to evacuate with additional costs that True Traveller also covered. They have great customer support and responded to all doubts around covid march 2020 lockdown and impact on insurance quickly. I strongly recommend them if you plan long trip. I will definitely buy insurance from them for future trips
