Excellent options for adventure/extreme sport cover at resort able prices. Easy to use website with clear options. Would be 5 stars but some technical glitches with mobile site meant had to fill in details a few times. Let's hope if need to claim assistance is as good as the purchase experience

Can't complain about anything! It's the second time I chose True Traveller. first one was for a trek in Nepal and I needed a very specific insurance, such as being covered above 5000 meters. Second and current is for traveling in Australia and new Zealand. The good point is that I could subscribe even I'm already traveling.

True Traveller have been a pleasure to purchase insurance through. Rates are competitive, service excellent and coverage options are well varied. Extending my insurance literally took 5 minutes, being able to purchase in country of travel is very handy also. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Stay safe!

One more time I selected True Traveller over other companies - super simple to book and easy to find scope of things covered and not covered, which usually is a hassle with other providers and you have to go through pages of small print. Fortunately I did not have to claim anything this time but previous claims (minor though) were refunded very quickly and with no problems.

Easy website to use, every stage done in a logical order, with plenty of helpful information to guide you through the process of finding the exact level of insurance required for your own personal trip. Cost was much lower than a lot of other insurers for a comparable level of cover I'd be more than happy to recommend true traveler to others

True Traveller made my experience of booking travel insurance incredibly easy especially as I had already embarked on my trip and many companies do not offer the ability to purchase this after leaving your home country. It also offered the option of adding many additional extras in order to tailor the insurance to your needs or to keep costs down by purchasing only the basic package. Overall very simple and affordable though I certainly hope I don't need to use it during my trip.
