Yet another bad experience.

Despite being a customer since the conception of SP around 30 years ago I rarely now use them as the service has become so poor, mainly around stock holding. So here's my latest experience; I order a Pax bag in May, to be told its not in stock, and they only buy in to order, I don't see this as a major issue as the delivery time is quoted as three weeks. Bearing in mind though that a bag is a non perishable, non date critical item, so the question is WHY don't they have it in stock (?), apparently its not "new" company policy. So around 5/6 weeks passes with no bag, but also frustratingly no update on the order either. So I call today to establish when this item will come into stock to be told September. Around FIVE MONTHS from the time of order. Yet again you let me down... This time, last time, its becoming every time...

They don't mention the fact that they don't have the products in stock, then when you ask for information about the delivery date, no one replies to emails sent to the address sales.

Poor service, missing items

Awful. Previously good service from this company turned disastrous. Items appear on the website, but actually aren't in stock or have been discontinued. Staff can't be bothered to update the website. Two large orders eventually refunded after complaints, the attitude being they would keep our companies money and send out the order "in a few months" if it becomes available. On the few items I did receive, took a very long time to arrive and this was blamed on the courier, however when the box arrived, underneath the address label was another address label that was incorrect. When raised a complaint and asked to speak to a manager, had an email back saying that I should expect delays "as there is a war on". Eventually received refunds. Would strongly advise caution when using this company, there are so many other excellent services out there, had the customer service been better, our company can overlook delays and item shortages. Update: Regarding the below reply. You had more than enough opportunity to contact me after a I requested to be contacted by a manager or complaints representative. You did neither, too little, too late now. My company will be avoiding sp services from here on.

Would be nice if all the stuff I ordered turned up and someone replied to my email. Never had a bad experience previously.

Poor service and zero communications

Item showed as in stock, ordered, paid, heard nothing back for days. Had to chase and item wasn’t in stock. Def not like SP used to be when it’s founder was there!

Some items on back order and when I called to check lead times the staff confirmed they don’t ever actually stock the items in question so I paid for next day delivery for nothing. The website should make it clear if items aren’t available next day. Not impressed.

Poor Services

Advertising Stock levels which they are aware they do not have, Trying to get a refund has taken over two weeks, Poor contact with the team at SP Services each blaming other departments. The overall process has taken over a month and is still not resolved

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Although they couldn't price match a product for me from another site they got it as low as they could which was amazing.

AVOID, time wasters as many items not in stock

AVOID! When you shop or sell medical items, it means they must be available if there is an option to buy is enabled. They waste your precious health and time! Two orders were placed and none were in stock, wasted a week! Very, very disappointed.
