Items not in stock advised expected delivery time months off. Able to order items and have them delivered in less time than Sp could refund my cancelled order.

I have been caller number 1 for the last 45 minutes with no answer and have e-mailed twice with no response. I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and haven't received my order or any communication. Where is my order? 10/05/2022 - I have received part of my order but still no sign of the rest of the order (placed nearly 1 month ago)...

Failed to deliver goods.Really terrible customer service. Very poor scattered email responses. Very long on hold times.Failed to notify of any changes to shipping dates pulling teeth to get an order cancellation. The company has no real idea of fulfilment of service from my experience.

Ordered ca 10 line items. Two were back ordered, one was only delivered in part. They called me but only informed me that 1 item was missing. Only discovered after having to call 3 times. Customer service is nice but their internal system must be useless!
