Don't waste money buying expensive first aid equipment that will just sit there until the expiry date, keep SP Services website as a homepage and in the event of an emergency just place an order and have it delivered to the accident.

Still waiting on an order, emails are not replied to and phone line isn't picked up

I haven't received the item that I bought from you

I placed an online order and paid for my goods, only to then get phone calls saying the goods aren't available. So now we have to go through the refund process. Why not have a website that tracks the stock, so when something's out of stock, you simply can't order it?

Pleased with service

Despite being assured of a phone call and delivery of 20 bandages 2 weeks on, still, no contact and when I enquired was told was still out of stock. would have appreciated the promised phone call, my order was placed on 19 February 2022.

Managed to lose my basket a couple of times whilst assembling the order - almost certainly my numptiness, but it happened when I was trying to check back onto the details for some items already in the basket.

Placed an order on 19th Feb 2022, one month on, still no sign of delivery, no communication re the delay, unable to get through on the telephone, and no responses to any emails sent.
