Amazing service and when you ring and speak to customer service they are always so polite and nice and helpful

We paid approx £5 extra to get next day delivery for some ice packs to treat our daughter's sports injury while she attended school but they took 2 days to arrive.

Service from SP services was great, only issue I have is with delivery firm. Parcel was apparently delivered to a safe place outside next ti the bin, where something nibbled at the outer package. The thing that is most annoying is there are 2 outdoor storage area that are secure and dry.

Very efficient, good selection of all medical equipment and very helpful staff (esp Emma today)

Marking products as ‘in stock’ when they clearly aren’t. I’ve been waiting a month and the item I ordered still doesn’t have a delivery date!?
