A lot better service this time around. Only used this company twice, the first was a really bad experience but I thought I would try again with a small order. All the items I wanted were in stock and my order was with me the very next day. Thank you

SP Services always have what I want and provide good and efficient service.

This is a very good website, I am very pleased with this as I get my First Aid supplies for my car. It is wise that every car in the UK should carry a First Aid kit, because you never know when you may need this equipment. Thank you team for being there for First Aid supplies.

I am not a big organisation, and my business has always been modest. However, I have always felt valued and believe that I receive the same level of service as the numerous larger organisations. I have never had an issue with any aspect of SP. Thank you.

Although the quality of spservices products is outstanding, over the last two years the customer service has diminished. Orders are not sent out on time and items are often not in stock. Many orders I have made have not arrived for months with no explanation. I no longer use them as a supplier and have moved to companies that are far more reliable. I contacted them with regards to this a while ago and have not even received acknowledgement.

Ordered some items, including a Laerdal QCPR upgrade kit, which was out of stock. Good communication and updates on expected lead times. Products arrived when stated. Definitely use again

This company use to be good. They keep sending stock that expires in two months and still have the audacity to charge fully.

Received an email 2 days after paying for order telling me they were out of stock in several items. Cancelled the order and got a refund with no fuss, which was good service, but can't really give more stars. Not sure why the stock was available when I placed the order

Not very impressed at all really. Stock on system when you purchase clearly isn't live. Took payment for order which was subsequently cancelled as they couldn't fulfill (item out of stock even though shown available to buy), now emails I have sent have been ignored. I am £119 out of pocket presently. Made a separate order for various first aid products, products arrived but different to those displayed online. All in all a poor performance by SP. Oh, and missing items from my £200+ order, no apologies.
