Stroller seemed brand new! Very clean. Pick up and drop off were super simple. Great communication.

The drop off times are really inconvenient. I was told I couldn’t leave the stroller with resort but employees at resort later told me I could have. I wouldn’t use this service again.

Amazing company! I will rent from them EVERY time without waiver. They make everything so easy and never make you feel like an inconvenience. I sent an email at 11pm to ask if I could change our drop off due to last minute unforeseen circumstances with our flight. Not only did Matt reply within 10mins he seamlessly updated our drop off location and time. Vacations can be stressful but Matt and his team make sure that your rental is one thing you don’t have to stress/worry over.

Will definitely use Kingdom Strollers again! Love the ease of the rental pickup and return - and absolutely essential having the cup holders, rain cover, and cooler bag that comes with the rental! We had originally booked elsewhere but realized they didn’t provide those things so canceled and luckily we were able to secure a stroller with Kingdom. So glad we did - helped to make our trip much less stressful! Thank you!

We have used kingdom strollers for three trips now to Disney World. We have used both the single and the double strollers, and each time they were clean, in great condition, and worked perfect for our park needs (super smooth ride for our girls, folded up easily when we needed to, and came with a rain cover, which came in handy, given the Florida weather). It was so nice not to have to drag our own stroller with us while we were traveling. In addition, they are pretty flexible with pickup if we needed a later pick up time, so long as we called them to coordinate. They are great with communication too. I would highly recommend Kingdom strollers for anyone who doesn’t want to lug a cumbersome stroller with them on their trip!

Scooter was not in very good condition. Front light was broken and hanging by a wire, its speed control would accelerate after a slight bump and needed to be charged nightly!

Really easy pick up and drop off (we chose to do this at the airport) and the team were really quick to get back to me when I had a query about my rental which was awesome. The stroller was really great quality and very easy to manoeuvre. I would definitely recommend Kingdom to anyone.

Stroller was great! Smooth ride, lots of storage pockets, great shade that pulled all the way down over kids faces. Loved the small cooler that came with it. 4 stars because my email said not to be late for pick up or drop off but y’all were late both times🤦🏻‍♀️

Excellent, prompt service. I would highly recommend Kingdom Strollers. They were very easy to work with and renting the stroller worked out great!
