Communication was quick and helpful. The delivery and pick up of the stroller was great! I would highly recommend using kingdom Stroller.

Drop off and pick up were easy.. however the stroller (gt mini double) was in really rough shape... the wheel kept coming off and it didnt want to fold easily but we just dealt with it.. ultimately on our last park day when we were park hopping we lost one of the wheels on the bus and didnt realize it until our girls got in and it started to tip over... i called right away and while they were willing to give me a replacement wheel it was only at their convenience... i feel like their strollers need to be updated big time because i could tell the product was awesome but it was just really used and abused over time.

Super nice, easy to push stroller was a life savor! The sweet gentleman who brought it showed me exactly how to work it and was super helpful! Very convenient they bring right to you and pick up. Would 100 percent rent from here again!

Great communication and flexibility

Such a wonderful and easy experience! We didn’t bring a stroller and realized quickly we needed one. We were able to get it delivered to our hotel the next morning for 4 days and they picked it up too! Stroller was clean, sturdy and the kids loved riding in it! Thank you for making our trip easier!

Wonderful Easy delightful delivery and pic up right to hotel!

The whole process was seamless. They brought the stroller to our Disney hotel and picked it up from the hotel. They were on time for both meetups and it was easy and extremely helpful.

Great service, but sad that the stroller can no longer be dropped off and picked up at bell services.
