We have used Kingdom Strollers twice now, and it was convenient with great service both times!

Our experience with kingdom strollers was fantastic. The double B.O.B. stroller we rented was waiting for us in the lobby when we checked into our hotel. We mistakenly put the wrong pick up date on our rental form and they were great with letting us change it. Very easy and pleasant to work with! Highly recommend.

The stroller was high quality! Easy to push and turn. It had a lot of space to hold all the things you need to carry around with you at Disney world!

The folks making the delivery and pick up were EXCELLENT. They were on time and notified me as they were approaching our hotel. On delivery they showed me how the strollers worked ; folded, unfolded, locked, etc. They were very professional and polite.

Both pick up and drop off were very pleasant!! The person who delivered the stroller was on time and gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the stroller. The person who picked up the stroller (Chris) noticed we left a First Visit pin in the stroller and took the time to notify us and wait for us to come back to the lobby and retrieve it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommend.
