I have rented from Kingdom Strollers twice and both times everything went exactly as planned. Strollers were delivered on time, were clean, and good quality. I would definitely recommend!

We had a last minute need for a stroller on our recent trip to Disney. It was easy to fill out our request online. The delivery driver was running earlier than expected and so we were so it worked out great to meet early. We communicated via text. The stroller was in great condition and worked perfect for our needs. They were even able to pick up from a different location than drop off. I do wish I would have gotten a text or email when my stroller was picked up. You did not need to wait for the driver for pick up so we had left it in the lobby of our hotel in a designated area. Communication was thorough and they were efficient. So glad for this available service!

The system is seamless! I received a clean, stroller in good shape for my vacation. Communication with Kingdom Strollers was clear and informative. The representatives I met with for pickup and drop-off were friendly and did a great job making sure I understood how to fold the stroller and all my needs were met. I've used Kingdom Strollers many times and will continue to do so while my family needs strollers on vacation.

Very easy delivery and pick up process. Stroller was in good shape and was a life savor in the parks with two kids. Appreciated having the rain cover and small cooler too! Will 100% rent again if we return to Disney with young kids!!

I can't think of anything that would have made our experience better- I mean except the rental including a person to push the stroller around WDW all day LOL! They were great about some changes we needed to make with drop off location and the price was excellent for the value. Stroller was in great condition and we used all the accessories at some point during our trip! We'll definitely use them again!
