Kingdom Strollers was great! So communicative throughout the process. We had an issue with the stroller the first day and called right away (a screw was missing). I was able to speak with someone right away and exchanged the stroller first thing the next morning. I would definitely use them again.

We absolutely loved the stroller but the customer service was even better! The first stroller we got was a little wobbly and the very next day they brought us a brand new one. Then we realized we left someone on the first stroller and so I messaged them if they had found it. They asked for me to send a picture of the item I was missing and went through over 1,000 strollers to find it. I was beyond impressed. Thank you very much! Top notch customer service.

Loved the convenience of Kingdom Strollers! Also have great customer service. I accidentally reserved for pick up at the airport for the wrong day. I quickly made a new reservation for the next day drop off at our resort and emailed to explain what happened. Within a few minutes I had a response to cancel the wrong reservation and refund my money. I was so relieved and so happy. I was panicked when I realized I’d reserved for the wrong day. The next day it was time for drop off at the resort and they were there early. I said I was all the way in the back and would be there in a few minutes. He offered to bring the stroller to our room! I declined the offer as I was already out running and it wouldn’t take me long to get up front. He showed me how it all worked and it was that simple! Stroller was clean and worked well. Easy to fold. Glad it came with a rain cover as we needed it our first day. Drop off at the airport was so easy! I’ll use kingdom strollers again and recommend to all my mom friends who travel to Orlando needing a stroller!

Kingdom strollers was so great to work with. Their delivery drivers were on time and so helpful to explain how to work the stroller. We’ll definitely use them the next time we’re in WDW!!

One of the scooters we ordered was not working properly. We notified Kingdom Stollers & a new properly working Scooter was delivered the next day

Our double stroller was perfect and the rain cover was very helpful during one rainy day. I needed to change the pickup and drop off location to the airport and Kingdom Strollers was very responsive and easy to work with.
