Shocks were exactly as ordered. Arrived on time with no damage.

They had a great price and the items were just what I ordered. It did take a bit longer to get than I expected but that would be the only knock.

Called customer service several times, answered once out of about 2 dozen calls. No delivery date seen ?? Will not be ordering from them again !! Just not enough info for orders.

The prices are great but I found out after I placed my order that my front shocks was on back order. Would've been nice to know that before I placed my order.

4 BUSINESS DAYS to process an order and I just so happen to call on the 4th business day looking for a tracking number, 2 hours later...it shipped! I wont get my order for 12 FULL DAYS!!! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, when you call and they dont have a person to take your call...their answering machine hangs up on you (during business hours).
