Monday night I sent an email asking if I ordered Tuesday AM, would the parts arrive before the weekend. Vendor said "Yes." Parts were ordered Tuesday AM. Some parts arrived late Saturday afternoon. Other parts did not arrive for two weeks. Each shipment was preceded by electronic notification of "printed delivery ticket," then followed up a few days later with "shipper has package." Only once after the order did vendor take phone call about late delivery of goods. Only during the initial request for availability/speed of shipment did vendor answer the single (first) email. Keep in mind the vendor is only a 90 Mile drive from me...and within my home state. Never again!
