Very disappointed in the service i received, i can understand that parts were on back order but i was given no notification of it. When i tried to contact the company to check on my order it would take several tries and sometimes days to get anyone to answer. When the customer service line actually did get answered i was told three different times that my parts would ship out the next day even though it took an additional two weeks after the first time i was told it would ship the next day. Worst experience i have ever had in ordering parts online!!! Will NEVER deal with this company again and will make it a point to tell anyone i can to avoid them at all costs!!

Excellent and prompt customer service. Parts shipped when promised, and correct when received. Will call for shocks again when needed.
