Great prices, great selection. Shipping was fast once they received my parts(backordered). I called customer service and they were informative and honest, so no problems there. I'll order from them again for sure.

While shipping was delayed and I only found out by calling, the overall experience was excellent. The right product delivered a few days late but, being retired, I had no deadline to install these. I highly recommend shock warehouse as the prices cannot be beat! Shipping is free, too, which is a big PLUS.

I made an error on my order form, before shockwarehouse was able to pick the order I called and they were able to fix the order and send it out to me. Great customer service.

Everything was fine. My order was on backodrder from the manufacturer. It would have been vice if they would have advised me of this before I had to call to find out why it was not being shipped.

The shocks didn’t fit my Tahoe even though the website says they will. Wasted hours of time and had to put old blown shocks back on the car.
