They are very fast charging your credit card, then they send a e-mail saying the part is on backorder and you can call them to check options. They never answer the phone nor the e-mails. The mentioned date of restock is already overdue and the parts did not be sent. Again no phone nor e-mail answer. I feel cheated. Son muy rapidos haciendo el cargo a tu tarjeta de crédito. Despues mandan un correo diciendo que la pieza no la tienen en stock y que puedes marcarles para ver opciones. No contestan el teléfono ni e-mails. La fecha de restock ya paso y nada. Nuevamente no contestan el teléfono y e-mail. Me siento engañado.

This place sucks. Customer service doesn’t exist. No updates on orders after weeks or months. Horrible! Complete and total rip off

Buyer beware. Buy local or somewhere else that actually wants your business. They do not answer emails and on the very rare occasion they answer the phone they are unbelievably rude. Make sure you read their “return policy” also. When so many people are leaving reviews with basically the same experience it has to be the company. Find a different business. You will be better off and prices are cheaper else where.

Ordered shocks - no email confirmation sent - They do not answer telephone - no shipment - AVOID THIS COMPANY - reported to NC Attorney Generals office.

Order since October 2021 and tried to contact them by all the ways but they review the order and never answer. I requested return but there is no update.

2 months order has not arrived, an my card was charged, company is a scam used to be a legit company. Back 15 years ago, now don not even try to order here stay away this website only receiving payments not send it parts.

Ordered Bilstein's Jan 13 2022 for an Outback as they were the only ones who had all 4 listed in stock at a higher price and it was supposed to take about 1 week, got an email saying my order has been fulfilled called no answer and chat offline and called the next day and asked where is my order and the guy said they were shipped to the wrong address by mistake with other items going the the address they sent them too, then I asked what do I do now? just hang tight and they will be sent to you so far that was 3 weeks ago and nothing, no tracking number as promised and tried to call again to cancel order but no answer. I wish I had looked at the company rating first I never would have bought from them :-(

Ordered struts, paid, and never heard from them again. Zero. Nada. Zilch. I called and sent several emails. Zero, nada, and zilch replies. To me that is bottom of the barrel. I've since bought from another site, already installed.

horrible customer service, no retuns of calls or email, need to return the wrong shocks. return site states order not found. im going to send them back anyway, my dime. see what they do. see if i lose my money and shocks at the same time. find another place to buy your shocks.

This company is horrible on service, no return calls or emails or texts, no confirmation on order, should have read the other reviews prior to placing order. Do yourself a favor and find another retailer to find your products.
