Excellent product at a great price.

I went will bilstein because of tge reputation i/o stock which are pre-assembled with coil spring. Had to reused the coil spring assembly and the job was extremely hard ran into all kinds of problems, ended up payin a mechanic to finish the job. 25 hours of own laber, $200 to mechanic later..bilsteins feel no different than my stock. No change in ride.

Good choice, and I wish I would have used these guys for another recent Bilstein purchase thru instead of another large national 4WD retailer since I had an issue with the spring rate on one of four thru 4WP.

I ordered shocks for my sons truck on a Sunday and when reading the sites information it said orders would be processed in one to two business days. When looking up my info on Thursday I realized my order was still showing processed. I called the company spoke to a gentleman on the phone (who looked at the order and paused for quite a moment) and was told my shocks were shipping today and I would receive a conformation today or in the morning with a tracking number and they should be delivered by Saturday. My order still shows processed and I have never received an email. I have my son's truck up on jacks because it was easier for my husband and my son to just remove the old ones and throw the new ones on when they arrived. Now I am back at the drawing board to find them somewhere else. I even tried to do an online chat today before writing this post and it kept telling me waiting for a representative. I ended the chat with no one ever getting on.

I have ordered before from Shockwarehouse. Easy transaction, shipping time was reasonable. I plan on ordering again from them when I need shocks again.

Shocks took awhile to arrive due to drop shipping from MFG. Although the correct set did arrive in approx 2 weeks in good new condition.
