These guys are very Hard to get a hold of...and when I left a message they were days returning my call, once they did call me back they had the lowest price....

First Shockwarehouse saved me $172.00 buying 4 shocks plus another $200.00 in install fee, plus $30.00 in Supply Charge, Plus Sales Tax. Yes, 1 of the rear shocks did not have the correct size sleeves, for my 1999 Freightliner chassis, BUT with emails talking to Johnny and Carlos the problem was quickly corrected. Carlos sent an Email with FREE shipping label to return to factory Hebron KY. on Monday, I received, with FREE shipping from factory, the corrected rear shock on that same Thursday. Hats off to the staff at Shockwarehouse for the quick response as they dealt with 2 hurricanes coming by their Florida Office. It's not often that companies stand behind their products like Konis and Shockwarehouse. Thank you all Sirs.

Shockwarehouse was referred to me by a friend, when I compared their prices against everyone else's I was concerned that it was to good to be true. However I need new shocks and decided to take a chance. I am not disappointed, the Bilstien 5100 series shock have change the why my old 04 2500 rides! Nothing short of amazing! Good price on Bilstein 4600 shocks, free shipping, arrived quickly and were well packed. Shocks were installed on 2005 Silverado 1500HD and improved ride and reduced body lean in turns. Quality product and a reliable company made for a positive experience.
