This is a good cosy winter dress, I like the colour and the fit, but it is too long for me, I will be taking at least 6 inches off the hem and I think it looks better shorter. ( mid calf length)

My item took ages to arrive. When it did the size was far too small. It would do with improving delivery times, and keeping sizing in line with high street sizes. Cost to have it delivered and then have to return it makes this a costly exercise I will not be repeating.

I ordered an item on 12th October which has still not arrived. I needed this for an event I will be attending on Thursday, but this doesn't look very likely. I have sent 2 emails and left a voice message, but have had no response.

Ordering, service and delivery all very good. Unfortunately I'm finding that most of the dresses are too long for my height, 5" 3" and also the sleeves are extrememly long. It is a pity as the dresses are lovely and excellent quality. Please try and produce more petite ones.
