I was sent the wrong size and needed to speak to someone in customer service. My call was handled with an immediate apology and excellent service by way of an email. The replacement item was received only two days later which was brilliant and was exactly what I wanted.I am writing this sitting on holiday wearing an Aspiga outfit which I purchased some years ago and looks as good as new!

Excellent service, lovely high quality products delivered promptly and well packed. Love all my items including some fab boots, I’ve not ordered footwear before but they really are gorgeous. Just waiting on one size exchange on a dress but hopefully that won’t be long for the replacement to be sent out too.
