Aspiga were very helpful and paid my refund for a dress that was too big

I visited my local shop noticing the 25% discount on boots. I love the boots. However the experience was not as lovely as the boots. I was told the boots were not available. As only one size was stocked per shop and there was nothing in my size a 7. I was not told to go online or try another shop. I asked if I could get them any other way? I then wandering around the shop noticed a pair of boots (the ones I wanted) and asked what size please? They were a 7. I was told that the 7 is not a 7? I then asked if I could try them on all the same? I tried them and they fitted. I felt as if I was taking up the assistants time and that I was selling the boots to myself. I suggest sales assistants are given training and know the shop and its contents.

Very friendly and helpful service

Lovely blue printed cotton dress. Unfortunately shapeless on me and far too long. Obliged to return to a shop which was easy thankfully and with a full refund.

The jumper in my size in stock in my local store had a minor flaw at the bottom of the V neck. The assistant immediately offered to order another for me on line, for swift delivery to my home.

Great customer service, first time buyer there was an issue with my product and all emails were responded to quickly and with a kind manner. Will purchase again after being so looked after. Many thanks
