Return and refund process could be improved e.g. have the choice to return to more than one return option (not just royal mail with ltd opening hrs for working people) and quicker process for refunds.

This is a pretty, light weight, organic cotton day dress for all types of occasions. Pull on, easy to wear with pockets. The tiers give a floaty feel so great for a warm climate. Looking forward to taking this on holiday!
