1) The telephone was answered quickly and by a charming human being! 2) Because I had to wait for a couple of months for the sandals to come back into stock, Aspiga volunteered to drop the delivery charge without my suggesting it. How amazing to find a company run with such customer care and attention.

Called into the Sherborne store to look at bikinis, but they had limited stock. The girl informed me there was a current promotion and if I ordered in store, no postage. So win, win! The parcel arrived the next day, very happy
