I did not get the belt I ordered. No explanation. Cardigan good quality and shape

The swimsuit is a lovely colour, the style is flattering and it fits very well. I bought a pink one and I now think I will buy a navy one. Stylish, fits well and is supportive in the right places.

I am a regular customer at Aspiga and ordered a dress albeit on ‘preorder’ a few weeks ago which has not materialised though payment has been taken. There is no info about preorder items on the website which I feel is poor and customer services have not been able to give me a delivery date. Not up to the usual standard Aspiga. I just want to know when I will get my dress! Please give an indication on ‘preorder’ items how long they will take and keep your customers informed on a regular basis.

Prompt delivery. Really nice quality smart shorts, a light weight linen, fully lined. Im not really a shorts person, but these are lovely so i bought three pairs.

A very well made summer dress. Fits better than I thought. Really like the idea of the little prestuds that hold the straps around a bra. The bodice is made really well. A side pocket would be useful but not essential. Just a thought

Product arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly what I ordered. Non plastic packaging

There was a problem with my order. Aspiga Customer Service responded quickly to my email and arranged delivery the next day. They then offered to refund my postage charge and 10% of the order cost - which I thought very nice of them and above what I expected.

Only 2 out of 3 items ordered have arrived. I’ve had no updates on this and no delivery notes so I have no idea when or if the 3rd dress will arrive
