Unfortunately it was not a good experience and I was so looking forward to receiving the dress but when it arrived I was so disappointed the quality of the dress and the material were not what I imagined and further more the quality of the dress did not match the price tag of £180 and how it arrived was also disappointing as well. It arrived in a brown paper bag and the dress was inside a see through plastic bag and so creased it was unrecognisable nothing like the pictures on the Aspiga website.I was expecting it to arrive in a box and wrapped in tissue paper and at least look like it should on the website As an example I have received items from Zara for my grandchildren and they have always arrived in a box and wrapped in tissue paper and can be worn immediately . The good news is customer services were fantastic and I received a full refund. However as you can imagine I will not be purchasing another dress from this company unless I can see the dress in person.

Easy to order, although a carbon offset snuck in to my invoice. I was sure I had chosen the no option. Ordered 3 items, one exquisite and I couldn’t be more pleased, one ok but no for me and one frankly cheap and nasty! Delivery and return postage charges quite high. Like returns portal

My boots arrived quickly and look lovely. I haven’t worn them out yet as it’s been too warm but they seem very comfortable. I love the colour too.
