Easy to order and fast delivery. Beautiful dresses! The prints are so pretty and a lovely cotton. Also the leather sandals are amazing. Initially they hurt my feet but after walking round the house in them and the sunshine, they have softened and I love them. Fabulous company.

Delivery has been good and fast for the 2 recent items I ordered, but am still waiting for an item ordered earlier. I sent a message to customer services nearly a month ago and following it up two weeks ago but am still waiting. Thank you, problem has been resolved, partly my fault as I was on holiday and read emails in reverse order, but I think you could be better at communication. It was a long time from my first email telling you I had not received the goods and then out of the blue the refund notification came, bit more communication would help, but I love your clothes and have had mainly very positive experiences.

Hi, I’m sorry to give a low rating but I ordered several pieces to select from with a view to returning some. One item didn’t arrive and I had to call customer service. Apparently I was supposed to receive a call to say the outstanding item was out of stock and I wouldn’t be getting it. Constructive feedback: poor communication for a premium brand.

I like the products but not the delivery method - each time I have an order there has been a problem with the delivery . The products are sent separately which is annoying and the main part of my order was delivered to the wrong address this time. 32 Lancaster Gardens instead of Lancaster road.

You sent me the wrong size sandals they were in a 39 size bag but the sandals inside were size 38 and I was charged return postage.
