Hot Tub Essentials

Thanks to Covid 19 my son, instead of taking his family on their planned trip to Disney, bought a beautiful spa/hot tub for his backyard. I’ve purchased two peached microfiber robes, lined in terry, for he and his wife to wear before and after soaking. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of these robes.

Fantastic products and customer service! I recently stayed at a hotel with robes from Monarch Cypress and was unable to get the information from the hotel to find out exactly which one it was. I was able to get in touch with Monarch Cypress and they looked up the invoice for the hotel to get me the exact item number. I had the robes customized as a wedding gift and the bride and groom LOVED them!!

Monogramming mistakes - but fixed to our satisfaction

My wife ordered 14oz ultimate terry velour robes for us, with our initials monogrammed on the robe for additional cost. Despite the configuration page showing the middle letter larger, and the text also warning “please note, the center initial will be larger,” both robes came with all letters the same size. This is not a monogram, it’s initials! And because it looks like initials, it’s out of order. (My monogram would be SWG, my initials are SGW - we put it in monogram order, so it doesn’t make sense as initials). It captures my attention and is impossible to ignore every time I see our robes. It takes a truly luxurious experience (robes are super nice quality) and bugs me just like that impossible-to-ignore typo or that mispelling of your name would bug you. I know this is a tough year, but there’s some issues with monarch cypress and whoever they currently contract their monogramming with. Honestly, if you just want the robe, get it - we have no issues with the robes just the “monogramming” My wife tried to reach monarch cypress directly but the email address was dead and her email got bounced back. Monarch cypress team if you want to fix this, please contact her directly. Order number (redacted) UPDATE: we found a different email address on the website and my wife was able to get in touch with the company. They owned up to the mistake and had new robes - with the proper monogramming - sent our way within a week! So kudos to the customer service and I suspect (hope!) they have already ironed out the bugs with the process. We are very happy with our new robes!

The company needs better customer service

I ordered sheets and pillow cases from Monarch and I was informed that they would be delivered between October 6 and 8. When they had not been delivered by the 10th and I had not gotten any kind of notification from the company, I contacted Monarch. I was informed that the merchandise has been out of stock since the time that I ordered it and I could expect it within 10 days. My view is that as soon as the company realized that the merchandise was out of stock, I should have been notified. I should not have had to contact them to find out if the package was lost or delivered to the wrong address.

Purchased 2 sets of washcloths. I bought them based on my absolute satisfaction with a previous robe purchase. Great quality and shipping was quick, despite circumstances under covid. Hope to see some special offers in the future.

Customer has waited several weeks and never received any product. Customer sent several emails and never got response. Customer tried calling and their voicemail is full and cannot take messages. Customer has no money and no product and no contact. Would not trust this site whatsoever
